Etape du Tour bike rentals. The 2021 Etape du Tour has its 30th edition in 2021 ( REGISTRATION DATES ARE NOT ANNOUNCED YET) and find place in Nice after the cancelled edition of 2020.
The Etape du Tour is your opportunity to ride a stage of the Tour de France on 100% closed roads on exactly the same route. The riders of the Tour de France peloton rode this exact stage in the TDF 2020 edition. Enjoy this most prestigious cyclo in Europe and enjoy the beautiful setting of the Cote d’Azur and surrounding mountains. Cycle the 175km long stage of the TDF with climbs to Col de La Colmiane, the Col de Turini and the Col d’Èze. The Tour de France stage that has been chosen to be the 2021 Etape du Tour is stage 2 of the 2020 Tour de France route.
The Etape du Tour is the only Cyclosportive that allows amateur riders to test themselves on closed roads on the exact same route as a Tour de France stage.
The rental road bikes can be picked up on Friday from 10am to 8pm in Nice and on Saturday from 10am to 8pm. Return of the rental road bikes can only be done at Sunday until 8pm.For reservations we need an advance payment of 50% of the total bike rental price to secure the booking.
