Day 1

Friday July 2 Arrival

Your weekend starts in Annecy today. You can either make your way to the hotel Splendid in Annecy or you can use the airport arrival transfers from Geneva airport at 12.00 and finally 17.00. (Please make sure your flight arrives no later than 16.00 to allow you to pass through customs & collect your bags, for the 17.00 depart from the airport). In the evening there will be a briefing and talk through the itinerary of the weekend. You are free to make you own arrangements for the evening meal this evening as your stay at the Hotel Splendid is on a bed and breakfast basis.

Day 2

Saturday July 3 - Stage 8 - Oyonnax to Le Grand-Bornand

After breakfast, your destination today is Le Grand Bornand to enjoy an official TDF VIP Izoard Finish Hospitality. The Izoard area opens at about 14.30. Izoard finish-line hospitality The Tour de France sets up a limited number of areas located on course within the final portion of the stage. These have names like Izoard and Galibier. Access to these areas is usually reserved and by invitation only. You will see famous ex-cyclists, sponsors and team guests. Typically these areas are within 200 metres or so of the finish line. There is also a spectator friendly elevated viewing area. You will be served with drinks and snacks and there is a big screen to watch the LIVE action as it unfolds. After watching the finish, you will celebrate the victory with Champagne before watching the daily podium ceremony. Provisional timings (may change once final logistics are confirmed)

14:30 - Opening of the Tour de France Izoard Area
15:45 - Publicity Caravan passes the Izoard area
17:35 - Estimated finish time for stage winner
18:15 - Izoard Area closes

Transport back on the tour Coach to Annecy and the remainder of the evening is for your own arrangements

Day 3

Sunday July 4- Stage 9- Stage 9 - Cluses to Tignes

After breakfast, your destination today is the Relais Etape, which is a lunch time experience along the route of today's stage. The exact location will be announced later but the Relais Etape is usually set up in a location in the final section of the stage, potentially somewhere like Bourg st Maurice. Relais Etape The Relais Etape is a hospitality area which takes the form of a small village in a prime position along the route, just a few kilometres from the finish line of each stage. This inspiring package mirrors the excitement of the race and includes:

A clubhouse
Welcome aperitif and unlimited buffet
Entertainment and live coverage of the race on a giant screen
Champagne celebration of the day's action
Tour de France gift

After the finish return back to Annecy for you to make your own arrangements for your last evening.

Day 4

Monday July 5 Departure

There will be running airport transfers today back to Geneva airport. If you have another transport to the airport we wish you an good fly back.
